The Hwy 75. boat ramp is a basic site for river access only. This
stretch of river is a popular fishing destination. The recommended
use for travel to Fisher (no boat landing) and East Grand Forks (next
boat ramp) is by motor boat. Canoeing this stretch is possible, but
there is currently no public camping until East Grand Forks. The distances
are long (22.3 miles to Fisher) and the river is very sluggish, but
fishing for channel cats is fun!
The boat ramp allows
easy access is large enough for small motor boats. This section of the
river also is a popular fishing hole.
